Nanea Mitchell and Luciana Vega share adventures
Nanea and Luciana are going to have so much fun and adventures together this year. Nanea is going to take Luciana to the Mauna Kea Observatory on the Big Island of Hawaii. Mauna kea's altitude and isolation in the middle of the Pacific ocean make it an ideal location for astronomical observation. Currently there are 13 independent multi-national astronomical research facilities located on the summit.
They are also going to visit the US Space and Rocket Center in Huntsville, Alabama. That's where space Camp is located. Dr. Wernher von Braun and his team of rocket scientists transformed Huntsville, Alabama, known in the 1950s as the “Watercress Capital of the World,” into a technology center that today is home to the second largest research park in the United States and to the U.S. Space & Rocket Center (USSRC) with its world-class educational program, Space Camp®.
Lots more adventures are planned. We're going to have a great time.
